SPRING BREAK 2007

Well, it started off with a Br's school Sock Hop.(Thanks Grandma Roxanna for making the skirt) D- danced almost all night. Br- and her friend Elizabeth had a great time playing. Then, my folks came with my sister and her kids on Monday. They went bowling. Then right before they left, a couple of guys were riding by our house on their horses. They stopped to talk to my dad and let the kids ride the horses. They had a blast. Ch- wouldn't ride them. I guess it was to embarrassing. Okay, then on Wed. my in-laws came. Which is always a lot of fun. They are great in -laws. Well, we had fun shopping and hanging out. On Friday, we traveled to Tulsa. Went to Incredible Pizza Co. , then to the Tulsa Soul Winning Workshop, and ended up at Build a Bear worshop. Ch - made a turtle named SPEEDY, Br- made a Pink kitty Named PRINCESS, D- made a monkey and named it JOE. It was a lot of fun. We ate at Olive Garden ( Red Lobster was a 1 1/2 wait) .We were able to see Tracy and Frankilin. They looked Wonderful. (We miss you guys. ) Got back here about midnight. We had a GREAT DAY!. Hello !!!!!!

Hello everyone,

The weather has been great here. Sunny and in the 70's. B- started soccer last week and has her first game of the season this Sunday at 3 pm. Softball starts tomorrow. She has been in bowling for about 6 weeks now and she bowled a 103 ,2 weeks ago and a 93 last week. She has won 5 ribbons so far for her ago group. Ch- just finished basketball last weekend. We enrolled her in High School, yes, High School. In Oklahoma they have to have 52 credits to graduate. That is one of the highest in the country. (They said). So, we picked her classes very carefully. She made a 18 on the pre ACT. They said that was great for an 8th grader. So, Scholarships here we come. LOL. D- is potty training for real. He has been in underwear for 2 1/2 weeks. We go 2 or 3 days with no problem and then days like today he had two accidents. But, it's better than 8 diapers a day. Here is a good picture of him and M. Ch-8th grade Winter Dance 2007

Ch- had a blast. No date, she went with a couple of friends. She had 3 boys ask her. I guess not a one of them added up. So, she turned them down and went with friends. It was from 7 pm -11pm. We got home about 12:04 am. I can not believe how many 8th & 9th graders went to this. I was in line to pick her up for about 25 min. Beautiful girls. Of course Ch was the most beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The picture with her phone to her ear, was all the friends calling while I was taking pictures. I told her one more and I was going to still take pictures. Right then, the phone rang. I snapped the picture.Have a great weekend . Love ya- CJP

Home Interiors Seminar

Hello , well in Jan. I went to the Gaylord Texan for a Home Interiors Seminar. I just wanted to share a couple of pictures. FUN FUN !!!!!!!! The water fall is inside the Hotel!The hotel had a Theatre size Flat Screen on the tower in the middle of all this. With a screen all four sides. It was showing what was going on and Home Interiors was everywhere. It was a great three days. I really missed the kids though.

CH is trying out for Cheerleader!!

Hello, CH is trying out for Freshman cheerleader next week. This is something we are sure she can make. She is nerves and a little shy. We ask that you pray for her. Her clinics are every night next week from 5-6:30 pm then next Monday the 19th is the mock try out and Tuesday is the big one. She can do her back hand spring on the floor with no help. And she is good at Dance. She is stressing over the jumps. She says she can not do them. But in basketball she is a kangaroo. So, again. Please just pray she will do her best and if it is meant to be, then God will allow her to recieve it. Thank you . CJP

D's birthday!!!!!!!!!!

As, I wrote in my last blog, D- had a great birthday. I know this smile is his fake one. We call it his cheesy smile.

B- got her report card and she had straight A's again. With a 100% in spelling. We are so proud of her and the work that God has shown through her. It's been a really great year for her. She is growing so big.

Ch- will be going to a winter dance this month. We have the dress and all. She wants to tan. We will have to see. Everyone take care CJP

D is Now 2 years old!!!

Hello, I do not know how many of you still even come here and look. I haven't had a comment in a long time. Anyway. I thought I would put this picture of my "Little Man" . He had his party on Saturday and it was so much fun. It was John Deere. Of course he got tractors and John deere hats and tools. Hope everyone enjoys the picture. It was him about 2 months ago in his little tux.

Ice Storm 2007

Well, B got out of school yesterday at 1:30pm. Of course the public schools had to go all day.
It started "raining " ICE about 10am. It hasn't stopped yet. Looks like we have about an inch of snow, but, it's ICE. They have already cancelled church for Sunday and Basketball. B- still got her hair cut today, but the Hair Stylist lives 2 blocks over. On , Thursday I took D to the park with a short sleeve shirt and no jacket. Today the temperature is 13 with a wind chill of 5. WOW, I can not believe this Weather around here. I better go , good day to clean. Hope you all stay warm. Later - C

Wow. It's been a great holiday week. My Heart test came back wonderful. I am good to go . YEA! Well, the kids are great and so is M. I will try to post more later. Have a GREAT NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!

Br- Cheer Clinic

This is Br's Cheer Clinic pics. She does this every year. The local High School has a Cheer Clinic and then the kids get to Cheer in the Half time of the High school Football game. Ch- Was able to do it for 7 yrs. Br- is on her 4th year. If you would like to see the pictures bigger, just click on them.

B- Camp this summer I have pictures finally!!!

Well, we got a CD from camp with 588 pictures on it. B is in a lot of them . She had a blast & is already signed up for next year. This camp is for kids 8-18 with Epilepsy. She made a lot of friends.

Snow is here*************

WOW - the wind chill is 2 degrees and we have 5 inches of snow and it's still coming. I picked the kids up early. Br- school called and said they were getting out at noon, so I picked up Ch too. It was crazy for them to make them go to school. We are suppose to get 12 inches. We will see. Of course the kids love it. Inside warm and playing. I am making chili. Sounds really good and I am sure M will need to warm up after being out there all do. I will try to get pictures of the OK snow and Blog them later. Stay warm.

Christmas is 27 days away!!!!

Wow Can you believe it is almost Christmas ????? I was one of the crazy people out shopping at 5 am .On Friday. But you know, I am done shopping for my the kids . All I need is my mom and Ken.

The weather man says, Sleet and 35 degrees tomorrow. It was 80 two days ago. Everyone will be out getting Groceries and then nothing. I Hope .

Well, the week before Thanksgiving. The "P" household got sick. First is was D a 1:30 am on Saturday, B at 5:30 am on Sunday Ch- Sunday at 3 pm. M- at about 5 am on Monday. Me , well, I just felt bad for two days Monday and Tuesday. Never did really "get sick" . We are all well now. My folks are sick now. It is going around fast. I bleached everything and Lysoled the whole house . It still went around. I even put bleach in the Dishwasher. I guess we haven't had it in several years. It was time.
I pray everyone else stays healthy.

Thankful

This year I am very Thankful that my Grandma got to see and love on D before see passed away this past year. These are the last picture we have of her. These were in her home. She never had to move. She would go on and on about how D was so cute and how she just loved him. Which you didn't hear much about love and hugs in her younger years. Not that she didn't show it, In the last 2 or 3 years. You would hear her tell my kids she loved them and HUG them . Our children were able to see her about every 6 weeks there about a year and half before she passed. I just never thought of taking pictures. My granfather passed before D was born. We do not any pictures of him since B was 2 yrs. old. We didn't know he would pass so soon. I just love these. I just wish B could've been in them . This was one of our quick runs to the Dentist and we only brought B if you know we wouldn't get back in time. She was able to she her at least every other time. Please everyone take pictures. They are the sweetest memories. This holiday season, TAKE A PICTURE OF EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy your Turkey.

NOVEMBER 25- 2002

It seems like yesterday that our son MARK THOMAS JR. left this earth. I cannot believe it has been almost 4 years. As the 4th year comes around, I think of all he would be right now. He would be in preschool, playing soccer & being himself. What would that be like ???? It's hard to think about it and look at D. GOD blessed us with him.(D) As he says "I will not give you more than you can handle" . At the time, it was as much as I wanted to handle . Looking back over the last 4 years, we have met people that we would've never got to know. We have helped other people with the same sadness. It all happens for a reason. We can not be sure of the reason at the time. May God bless you all this through these holiday months. C

Pumpkin Patch !!

We went to the Pumpkin patch with my local MOPS group.(It was fall break so not everyone was there. ) We had a great time. A little cool, but so much fun. The pumpkins by the white van is ours. D- was so proud of his. The kids were off for Fall break. My In-laws came for four days. We had a wonderful time. It was Grandpas birthdayon Friday. We had corn cassorole , Lasagna, salad, rolls, cake and cookies.
D- has a 102 fever today. We took him to the DR. he said virus. They tested his blood count and it was fine. So , we will wait it out. He is almost two and and he has not had an antobotic yet. Hope you enjoy the picture .

Poor Little Boy!!!!!!!

D was so excited , Dad came home with his work truck. He ran out to get in and play. Well, his foot slid while getting in the big seat and he fell. He fell down two tall steps. His two Front teeth with completely through his tongue . My stomach felt sick. My father was here and has blood all over his shoulder. Grandpa and him are sleeping right now. I flet so bad. I was not out there. Grandpa and dad was. He seems to be fine now. I will post later. My In-laws are coming here this weekend. So , I have a lot to do . Everyone have a great Fall Break.
